Welcome back Workout Friends! Today’s MCW is a bit different in two ways: First, most of today’s activities are about contact rather than politics. Despite the fact that almost 1% of the US population is currently incarcerated, many Americans have no personal contact with an incarcerated individual, nor any sense of the challenges they face.
